FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been taking things apart since i was born, I couldn't stand seeing something and not knowing how it worked, resulted in many family computer disasters:) BUT i worked through it and started spending my own money on projects, resulting in a wealthy knowledge in Information Technology. I also attended school to help round my knowledge in the field. Certified in Mobile and computer Repair.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do some price shopping, but dont base your decision on the lowest price, I have seen that turn out to be a costly mistake by taking the cheaper road. I don't charge more than what i feel its actually valued. I give my honest opinion before i give a price quote. People usually check with me to see their best option, not just to get a price.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Its definitely not easy being a repair tech, these devices are peoples babies. When they hand them over, you can sometimes see a worry in the back of their head(unless they are returning client). They contain more than phone numbers, it is a way people operate themselves and their families! But rest assure, I don't take on projects that would overwhelm me or the customer. Some things take more time than others, and demand specific attention from more than just one expert.
