Introduction: I have been in lawn and landscape design, install, and maintenance for 19 years. I have many certifications in hardscape and irrigation and a broad knowledge of plants and trees used in the area. I work out of my home so having no overhead keeps customers costs down. I like to work closely with the customer to insure they get exactly what they're looking for. No job is too big or small.

I contacted Rob to do a one-time small yard job for me. He was very courteous on the phone and said that he would try to squeeze me in that day. Not only did he not show up during the time frame promised, he never called to reschedule. When I called him the next morning, he told me he would arrive by 11am. He did not show up until after 5pm the next evening (about 24 hours after the original appointment window) due to a number of "unforeseen circumstances" and then he didn't finish trimming or weed eating my yard. By the time he showed up, I wasn't home, so I didn't see the final product until the next day. He said that he would return to finish the job because he had "run out of string" for his weed eater. He never came back to finish the job and most of the yard looked pretty shoddy. I thought he was a very nice guy over the phone and he was honest about the price of the job, but I won't hire him again and I would not recommend him, unfortunately.

Sarah I am very sorry I didn't return to finish. I think I remember your particular house because I had never had to leave one unfinished before! Seems as though it rained the next day or 2 and I honestly let it slip my mind! If you could send me your address I would be more than happy to come by and do your mowing and all for free! My sincerest apologies. Please let me make it right!

I was very pleased with the work that Central Ky. Homescapes provided, and Rob in particular. He was a very personable guy and not only did he do a great job with the mowing and trimming but he also offered great advice for the future upkeep of my whole property.
I would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone with any landscaping needs.

Rob was very personable, professional and true to his quote. He has taken care of my fronts and back lawn in a reasonable timeframe. I look forward to working with him throughout the season. He has recommended several things but is not overly pushy. Great personality and a job well done.
