The responded very fast when I was seeking quotes from several moving contractors. But they were very late to arrive on the moving day (we planned to start at 9 AM, but they arrived at my property at 1:30 PM), which has disrupted my original plan. They hurried and pushed to charge me full before they start the moving project (before I see them in person), which is unacceptable. The fair solution should be I paying half of the estimate and pay the rest when the project is done. I have already stated in the conversation before the project that I have one queen bed and one full bed, and no stove, dryer, washer, refrigerator. Then they gave me an hourly estimate. But when they arrived, they said that the assembly and disassembly of the beds are far harder than expectation. And finally charged me a big amount of additional fees for that (excluding the longer time of hourly charge). The good aspect is, they are very efficient in disassembling and assembling my beds.

Very pleased with their moving services. Arrived at the agreed upon time, extremely professional and careful with all items (I had a king size bed, large dressers, mirrors, glass top tables, 6 piece sectional and more). They took a little longer than expected but the quality of work and care they took with my items made it worth it. Would recommend and will be calling them for any of my moves going forward!
