- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to customer and provide guidance for needs, wants, and concerns. Design a clear plan to address customer goals. Discuss plan with customer and adjust plan as needed to fully encompass customer goals. Execute plan as approved by customer. Follow up with customer to make sure execution of the approved plan fully satisfies customer expectations.
