Adam Stenson contacted me right away. I told him what I needed and he responded back. He got in touch with me as he said he would. He was on time sharp. Very pleasant polite continued his work even though I talked with him got to know him asking if he would be available to do other odd jobs for me was able to show him what I needed but he complied and said that he could just let him know and as he was here I had two sinks that need to be tightened so instead of just working it into another job he just wouldn't have worked it into this one and then he just charged me extra of course but it wasn't a bad fee I was very happy with his work and with his personality but mostly how prompt he was when he said he was going to be here at a certain time he was here got the job done and left it was clean about it I would highly recommend him.

I price my projects by the job or hourly, depending on the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I reach out to set up a time to give a free estimate (usually in-person if possible). If the estimate is accepted, then we set up a time to start the project! I always do my best to communicate well with the customer and always show up on time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in a variety of construction trades in the past, including framing, concrete, and drywall.
