- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There's no hidden fees, I don't markup material prices, however I do charge a fee for going to get materials that's needed. I offer Veteran discounts, Senior Citizen discounts, and clients with multiple jobs/projects bundled together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, typically I start by building a trusting relationship and want them to feel as comfortable as possible. We then go over there project and usually exchange thoughts and ideas on what works best for them. I do the work as they request with great craftsmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the past 20 years, I've had the opportunity to work and learn various skills in all phases of residential construction. College Degree for Maintenance Technician and currently working towards my journeyman plumbing license. I'm a certified First Responder and Safety inspector. The best training I've received has been hands-on from professional and knowledgeable experts.
