- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Offer discounts to our veterans, reoccurring clients, and multiple small jobs bundled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding what they are looking to have completed and we'll typically go over the project together. If I run into a problem, I'll stop and explain the issue. I'll never fix an issue and charge you without letting you know first. Then, we would discuss options that work best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the past 20 years, I've had the opportunity to work and learn various skills in all phases of residential construction. College Degree for Maintenance Technician and currently working towards my journeyman plumbing license. I'm a certified First Responder and Safety inspector. The best training I've received has been hands-on from professional and knowledgeable experts.
