I bought a new smart lock with a deadbolt and strike plate that very much did not fit the existing configuration. Rudy came out to help and was prepared. He deepened the deadbolt receptacle and deepened the strike plate recess to fit it in. Worked like a charm on first try. He cleaned up after his work and also offered to fix an unrelated door frame defect for no charge. Absolutely recommended.

Rudy has been great to work with and did a beautiful job finishing the trim in our office, he took a lot of extra time to make sure it was perfect. Was also able to install a bathroom fan for us. Would definitely hire again in the future!

Offer discounts to our veterans, reoccurring clients, and multiple small jobs bundled.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding what they are looking to have completed and we'll typically go over the project together. If I run into a problem, I'll stop and explain the issue. I'll never fix an issue and charge you without letting you know first. Then, we would discuss options that work best for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the past 20 years, I've had the opportunity to work and learn various skills in all phases of residential construction. College Degree for Maintenance Technician and currently working towards my journeyman plumbing license. I'm a certified First Responder and Safety inspector. The best training I've received has been hands-on from professional and knowledgeable experts.
