- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I charge one flat rate which saves my clients money and time the price goes by the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer we go over the contract and I find out what is the right time would be for them to move and we go over pricing and then I show the customer my insurance certificate and I find out what merchandise does the customer wants to move and when hired we sign the contract we would then set a date that the customer wants to be moved then the customer would put a deposit down and when I arrive on the initial date to move the customer the other half of the deposit is required.
