I was making an inquiry. At that time, I needed a small move. In the process of me talking, Mr. Wayne declined and hung up the phone, while I was in the midst of talking. He did not let me tell him, that I would need a larger move later on. Things happen for a reason. As someone who has moved long distances quite a few times now, this experience by far was the BEST! Wayne and his team made this process so seamless that my husband and I have been raving about it to our family and friends non-stop. We truly appreciate that they were able to help us, considering it was a late minute request. We will definitely be recommending this company moving forward to family and friends looking to relocate. I called 6:30pm the night before I needed to be moved in 24 hours. Honestly I was expecting to get a no for short notice. But he showed up & showed out. So thankful for this service. Everything was moved & taken care of! I’m 30 hours from home & was so worried that it wouldn’t get done. I definitely recommend for anyone needing to be moved. Thank y’all so much. Very blessed!

I was in need of a trustworthy, and dependable moving company to help me move. I found this company by chance, and they exceeded my expectations. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I charge one flat rate which saves my clients money and time the price goes by the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer we go over the contract and I find out what is the right time would be for them to move and we go over pricing and then I show the customer my insurance certificate and I find out what merchandise does the customer wants to move and when hired we sign the contract we would then set a date that the customer wants to be moved then the customer would put a deposit down and when I arrive on the initial date to move the customer the other half of the deposit is required.

I'm licensed and insured and I have experience more than 8 years
