- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices can be negotiable, depending on the needs of the client, distance to the home and other factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first speak with a potential client on the phone to determine if their needs fit my services. If so, I will do an in-person visit to meet the animals and tour the home to determine what is needed and where to find resources. Once we meet, I hope we can schedule a service date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 Masters degrees, including a MBA so I like to run my business as professionally as possible. That being said, I have become good friends with many of my clients. I have also worked under other professional pet sitters and learned from them, as well as my own experiences pet sitting for many years.
