Introduction: I have been pet sitting for many years and formally began my business in 2011. I continue to specialize in overnight pet sitting visits and daily visits when possible. I strive to develop a close bond with the pets I care for and treat them as my own. I love working with animals and I appreciate all of my clients, many of whom have become close personal friends as well. I take great pride in caring for each animal and providing them with the best service possible. This usually includes lots of cuddling, which I love!

We were clients of Cindy's for several years and the only reason we discontinued her service was because we moved out of state. We found her the best way you can - word of mouth, which says a lot about people these days. She was comfortable caring for our diverse "zoo". In the past it was hard for us to find a sitter that had experience with reptiles and birds as well as dogs and cats, but Cindy did it all. She was always quick to respond to a request for pet sitting and readily sent pictures and updates about of fur-babies via text message when we were gone. Cindy was also on standby for when we had to go to the hospital when our son was born. We literally left the house to go to the hospital and didn't provide a day when we would return; Cindy was there to take care of everything. Through the years we also relied on Cindy for other private maters such as meeting a worker at our house or picking up packages or the mail. We honestly consider Cindy family. When our old dog passed away she grieved with us. When we celebrated milestones, like getting a new dog she celebrated with us. Last, she has always provided other great references such as local vet care and dog training facilities.

We have hired Cindy several times to pet sit/house sit for our dogs. We currently have 9 dogs and have had as many as 13 when she sat for them. About half of the dogs are on various medications both morning and evening. She stays overnight in our home and treats our dogs as if they were her own. Cindy is wonderful. She knows all their names and keeps them in their routines. The dogs are always happy when we get home and the house is clean. The dogs are always happy to see Cindy when she comes at other times than when she is sitting for us so I know they are well taken care of and like her. I would definitely recommend her to take care of any of my animals.

Cindy watches my 3 elderly cats and my 2 large dogs (95 & 80 lbs.). I usually have her stay overnight whenever we're out of town. My dog's are rescues and get severely depressed in kennels. Cindy has charmed them totally and they are so relaxed and comfortable being in their own home. My cats get all the cuddles they want and I don't have to worry about fresh water or litter. Since finding Miss Cindy, we can leave our pets and home and never worry while we're gone. My boy dog adores her, and that's saying a lot! If you have a pet with medication, she's great with that too. You're a lucky pet owner if you can book her.

Cindy is very personable, caring and reliable. My pets all love her. While Cindy was watching our dogs one of them had an internal medical emergency. If it wasn't for Cindy's intuition and quick reaction our dog would have lost her life. The vet commented how lucky we were to have Cindy taking care of our pets. We also had a new rescue Rottweiler that had major anxiety issues and required extra attention and Cindy was able to assist us with working with him. If you leave your pets in Cindy's care you can rest assured they are in good hands. We would highly recommend Cindy.

I have been using Cindy for quite a few years now, and we love her. She is always dependable, and most of all, she actually spends a lot of time at our house with our dogs; unlike a few I've used in the past that just stop in and get there just in time to go to bed. I strongly recommend her if you are looking a pet sitter that is trust worthy and reliable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices can be negotiable, depending on the needs of the client, distance to the home and other factors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first speak with a potential client on the phone to determine if their needs fit my services. If so, I will do an in-person visit to meet the animals and tour the home to determine what is needed and where to find resources. Once we meet, I hope we can schedule a service date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 Masters degrees, including a MBA so I like to run my business as professionally as possible. That being said, I have become good friends with many of my clients. I have also worked under other professional pet sitters and learned from them, as well as my own experiences pet sitting for many years.
