- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We primarily offer Carrier/Bryant, Trane and TempStar brands with a great national pricing structure, which allows us to pass those savings onto our customers. We offer 5% off discounts to veterans, first responders and senior citizens. We have a $80 diagnostic fee, but is waived in certain situations and our after hour / weekend diagnostic fee is $125.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For service calls we schedule as soon as we have an opening and take care of our customers like they are our family. For installation quotes we offer an in-home visit to make sure the quote we provide is accurate and the customer feels comfortable with everything being quoted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All techs are EPA & HVAC certified and have over 35 combined years in the industry.
