- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Our standard $125 trip fee is waived when the recommended repair is approved and completed during the same visit. We also offer flexible financing options for qualified customers, including up to 12 months with no payments and no interest, making it easier to move forward with needed repairs or replacement. We’ll explain your options clearly so you can choose the solution that best fits your home and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For service calls we schedule as soon as we have an opening and take care of our customers like they are our family. For installation quotes we offer an in-home visit to make sure the quote we provide is accurate and the customer feels comfortable with everything being quoted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All techs are EPA & HVAC certified and have over 50 combined years in the industry.
