To pricey...I never talk to this company owner...he gave my number to a subcontractor, that talked price is accordingly to the people who’s working as well as himself and to cover his equipment...and then the owner states the $45 is for a 1000 feel that’s not in his profile...

The customer never hired us simply upset because she was not happy with the quote.
She asked for a quote for a 1000 squrae foot property or less but when we arrived it was over 3000 square feet and the grass was over 6in tall. When our manager adjusted her quote she was unhappy with it. We also told her that we are sorry for not being able to accommodate her budget, but we have a price match guarantee in most cases. We told her to shop around for other quotes and we will try to beat her cheapest quote by 10% if it is reasonable. She was still unhappy with this so we thanked her for the opportunity. She promised to leave a bad review for a job we never did.
