- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a flat fee. This way you don’t have to worry about an hourly rate, and paying for more than you are quoted. This makes things stress free so the move can go much more smoothly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When speaking with a new customer I give a full break down of the price. Then, what we will do with their furniture, and how we will take care of things so the move can go as smooth as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5+ years in the moving industry with bigger name brand moving companies such as Two Men & a Truck and All My Sons Moving & Storage.
