Hello friends and welcome to THE PERFECT AMBIANCE. Catered by yours truly, Chef Kris Diggs. Be prepared to be knocked off your feet with a warm embrace of love and hospitality, you know, the same way your grandmother use to share with the whole neighborhood. A little bit about myself, I’m 43 years of age, born in Houma Louisiana, and raised in Baton Rouge Louisiana. So I guess you’ve figured out what’s my specialty cuisine, and if you said Creole and Cajun you’ve guessed correctly. But that’s not all this Chef can whip up. I’m well trained in all cuisines, I’ve attended The Culinary Institute of Va. in 2008-2010.
