I have been working out with Tayler for 5 years and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made to hire her as my trainer. I am 62, work out with her twice a week, and have never had an injury working out with her. As a matter of fact, she has helped me recover from several injuries and has helped me build up my strength so I am less injury prone. She regularly changes up the workouts to keep things fresh, has helped me build strength and as a consequence, my osteopenia has significantly improved. Tayler is very smart and knowledgeable in her field, very professional, and a genuinely kind and fun person to interact with. I very much look forward to my workouts even since we switched to video meetings since she moved out of state.

I've been working with Tayler 2-3 times a week for about a year and she is a fantastic trainer! She regularly comes up with new exercises and workouts to challenge me, and prioritizes safety and correct form. I also really appreciate that she checks in often about goals to make sure I'm staying on track and progressing. I highly recommend working with her!
