I originally had goals to pass a PT test but I plan to continue past the test because of the quality training! This is by far the best value in personal training in Baton Rouge after trying multiple personal trainers. We never did the same workout twice, he tailors it to your goals and he is well versed in body mechanics and even helped me build back strength with my knee that is coming back from a major surgery. In only 6 weeks I have lost weight and become more tone!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology from LSU. I am currently receiving my Masters of Science in Health and Human Performance concentration in Health Promotion from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches. I am certified prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been involved with fitness since 10th grade playing sports and loved lifting weights watching my body transform. Also, I was a personal trainer at Bally total Fitness after graduating from college. I started my own fitness company in 2014.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients as young as 5 and as old as 86. I also work with athletes in all sports, and brides to be. I'm certified pre and post natal fitness specialist as well.
