In the consultation, we talk about your goals and current health and fitness situation to decide if it's a fit for us to work together. I also explain your options for working with me in a way that fits your goals and budget.

Bachelor of Science degree from LSU in Kinesiology. Various industry certifications and over 20 years of experience.
