- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the job and how dirty the surface is. I give fast, upfront quotes, and there are no surprise fees. Ask about bundle discounts when doing multiple areas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You sned me your address and I come look or a give a quote over the phone. We get you on the schedule, I show up on time, clean everything safely, then do a quick walk-through and you pay after you’re happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m trained through 3 years of hands-on experience and industry methods for pressure washing and soft washing, including using the right chemicals and pressure for each surface to avoid damage.
