FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upfront & Transparent – We provide detailed, written estimates before starting any job so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Custom to Each Project – No two jobs are the same. Pricing depends on materials, labor, site conditions, and project complexity. Quality Materials, Fair Rates – We never cut corners on materials or workmanship, even when it means our prices might be a little higher than “budget” bids. Clear Inclusions & Exclusions – We’ll outline what’s included (labor, materials, cleanup) and what’s not (permits, unexpected repairs) so there are no surprises. Change Orders – If the scope changes mid-project, we’ll discuss and approve any cost adjustments with you first. Payment Schedule – We typically require a deposit to secure your spot and cover initial material costs, with the balance due at project milestones or completion. Competitive but Realistic – Our prices reflect the value we deliver: skilled labor, proper equipment, and lasting results.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From an early age, I developed a strong interest in understanding how things work — and more importantly, how to make them work better. Over the years, I’ve dedicated both my childhood and adult life to mastering the skills needed to repair, build, and operate a wide range of equipment and tools. This lifelong hands-on experience fuels my passion for delivering high-quality, dependable work on every project I take on.
