I am just beginning classes with BreakThru, and I cannot stop saying how grateful I am for this. I chose to get a trainer because I wanted to take the fitness world, and my health seriously. Just starting out I feel motivated, disciplined, consistent and I get useful knowledge to use in every session that I attend. I am truly happy for the fact that I have decided to start working out with BreakThru Fitness! I am eager to see the results, the new routines, and the challenges that I am willing to overcome. It’s easy access, not that far away from my home and also adjustable scheduling hours so this program is definitely something for all. Adam is amazing for what he does and how he does things. He handles everything with organization, wit, and skill. Very qualified and very helpful with the workouts he has me doing. He makes sure that he adjust every workout to make sure it fits every individual he trains. This method allows all of his clients to push themselves to the next level, and continuing to want more. Its only been a week but Adam has shown himself knowledge, very compassionate about his craft. His studio is the most private, comfortable, and well equipped space for one on one training. Having a trainer for many years before Katrina I thought I would never find another that compared, but Adam is the Real Deal !

Break Thru is the beginning of MY break thru. Having been absent from health and fitness for at least 25 years is challenging. Adam sees YOU, and designs a plan to help you meet your fitness needs. His professionalism and skills will get you where you wanna be. But his methods, wit and constant encouragement keeps you engaged and focused. Break Thru is there for ALL ages. and at my age, bootcamp is not for me. I'm grateful to have found them

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Brightree Fitness, LLC offers several training packages for the client to select from that are discussed during the free consultation and tour of the studio.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients would show interest and my process is to ask the client to come into the studio for a free consultation and tour of the studio so that we can get more acquainted and so they can ask additional questions. I also discuss the session packages that allows the client to save money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required each and every year to get specialized continuing education to be eligible to keep my certification.
