Mr. Betts was completely professional and did an outstanding job. I was having some issues with my washer and he knew exactly what the issues was once I showed him the problem. I will definitely be using his services again in the future. I highly recommend!

Worst Experience ever!!!- If I could give them 0 stars I would. Incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional are best words to describe him. He costed me total of $385 in his labor/diagnosis and $185 in parts with no resolution of the issue. After I paid him. He committed he will provide his services at no additional cost until the issue with my freezer is resolved or determine not fixable. However, all sudden he decided not to complete the job he was paid for. His response was, I live too far, and he is too busy with other customers.
I had to hire a different technician to finish the job. And Guess what? New technician found out there was NO mechanical fault with the freezer and problem was simply a leak in the freezer door gasket which he successfully sealed w/o costing me any more in parts.
In short, he made me spend almost $600 for no reason and he didn’t even diagnose the issue correctly. He kept on emphasizing that there is a mechanical issue with the freezer and needed several parts replaced but in reality there was no mechanical issue. Therefore, I think he is incompetent and dishonest!!!
