Introduction: We are a general contractor. We meet the needs of the customers by meeting their budget set for the project. We set up meeting with the client; whether design-build or just a simple renovation, we try our best to please the customer. There are several pre-permit and pre-construction meeting; here is where we find out what the clients are looking for and what the clients expect, and we give our professional opinions on what can be done with the project to achieve the goals of the clients for their particular budget. Afterward, we do plan review with the client to show them what we intend to do on the project, so there is no question if we can or cannot complete the project.
