Scheduled appointment for May 20th, 2pm and all confirmed. Sent a reminder day of, but received no response so trusted all was still a go. Never showed nor called to cancel. It is now May 21st, 7pm and still have not hear back. I understand contractors are busy, but would have appreciated a call so I was not sitting at home waiting. I cannot rate his work since none was done, but I am giving a two two for the lack of customer service in setting up a job.
