- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a variety of things. Such as: Square footage of structure, foundation type(s), external structures needing inspection(s), distance from office, and any other special requirements that are beyond the typical scope of a home inspection as defined by Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors latest publication(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Request for an inspection is created. 2. Schedule Time a date for inspection/appointment are agreed upon. 3. Inspection Agreement is reviewed and signed. This has to take place before inspection begins. 4. Inspection of property at agreed upon time and location. Client is welcome but not required for inspection to ask questions and discuss anything concerning. 5. Upon completion of inspection, if client is available, a discussion of findings/concerns/questions. 6. Payment is received, and reports are released. Normally 24 hours of inspection. 7. Post inspection follow up with client for any questions/concerns that may have not been discussed or noticed after report was reviewed thoroughly.
