I worked with Torrie Hughes I discovered she has vast knowledge of Computer Software issues , virus removal, and overall computer knowledge. She is always ready to assist anyone with an issue she knows. if she doesn't know the solution, she looks it up for the tech as well as herself.

I don't usually leave reviews on anything that I do, but I just had to leave one for this. I hired Torrie on April 14, 2014 to fix my HP laptop's dc jack problem. She fixed it but also broke it more in the process. When I contacted her about it, she told me what part to buy to fix it, so I did. It took me about two weeks to get in touch with her once the part arrived, but I stupidly brought it back to her anyway. When I dropped it off, I brought her my Gateway laptop, which had just stopped charging. She said she could fix them both, and return them to me the next day. This was on May 27, 2014. On the 29th, I tried contacting Torrie, but could not. Since then I have tried to contact her a countless amount of times via calls, texts, emails, thought this site, and I sent a certified letter in the mail, which she never picked up. I was forced to file a civil suit against her because I needed my computers. Ended up having to go buy a brand new one with money I really did not have until the case went to court. Now today, on August 14, 2014, exactly four months after I hired her, I get my laptops back in the condition that I gave them to her in. She didn't even her the decency to return them herself. She got someone else to do it for her. Just thought i'd let potential customers know. Don't want anyone else to go through what I did with this tech.

As you can see my previous reviews have all been 5 star. The accusations are slanderous, and I stand by my work. Some people you just can't please, unfortunately this was one of those cases where no matter how hard you try to please somebody, they will never be satisfied. I strive for excellent customer service.
