I am thoroughly skilled in bodybuilding (shaping and toning), strongman, Olympic lifting and kettlebell training. All the exercise I prescribe is based on functional movement that not only helps my clients achieve their goals but also helps them function more efficiently in everyday life. Every nutrition and exercise program I write is individualized to each specific client as we all have different postural and metabolic requirements. I also specialize in the prevention and reduction of pain syndromes relating to the postural abnormalities.
