PLANNING FEE - I charge a planning fee before creating your custom itinerary — and it’s for a reason. Crafting a personalized trip takes hours (sometimes days) of research, coordination, and insider sourcing to make sure your experience is completely seamless and one-of-a-kind. This small deposit helps protect my time and filters out “shoppers” so I can stay fully focused on serious clients. And don’t worry — it goes toward your trip total when you book. 2. EXCLUSIVE RATES, STAYS, AND TOURS I spend much of my free time reaching out to different companies and travel suppliers, negotiating exclusive rates, stays, and tours that other travel agents do not have access to. 3. LOYALTY & REFERRAL REWARDS/DISCOUNTS Clients get access to loyalty rewards and monthly discount promos not available to the public

Planning Deposit A small planning fee locks in my time and expertise. (It’s applied toward your trip total when you book — so it’s not an extra cost, just a commitment.) 3. Custom Itinerary Design I’ll craft your completely personalized itinerary — flights, stays, experiences, everything. We’ll revise and perfect it together until it’s exactly what you want. 4. Book with Flexible Payments Choose between a deposit with a payment plan or pay in full — no pressure either way. I offer easy, flexible options (including payment plans with no credit check or application). 5. Full-Service Booking & Support Once you’re ready, I handle all the bookings. You don’t have to lift a finger. I secure upgrades, perks, and insider access you won’t find online. 6. 24/7 Support While You Travel Flight delay? Lost luggage? Just need a dinner rec? I’m available before, during, and after your trip — no call centers, no robots. Just real, human support. 7. Post-Trip Perks Once you’re back, I check in to hear how it went — and returning clients get exclusive deals, sneak peeks, and loyalty perks.
