I contacted Jen to let her know that I’m interested in her services to clean my two bedroom two bath home which has indoor dogs. I informed her that my main concern was the dog hair on the wooden floor and that I possibly could use her biweekly depending on her price. - although I contacted her during a major holiday, she immediately responded, providing me a little background of her company and service, along with a price. - she was professional, kind and easy to talk to. - several days later, she was kind enough to follow-up with me.

Jenn was awesome, she got right on my schedule and even came by the home first and viewed it (it was trashed from previous renters sadly and quite filthy). She did an incredible amount of work and got my rental looking rent ready again. She is handy and very communicative; I will be keeping in touch with her for sure.
