Basically gathering every detail I can about what their preferences are and expectations, ultimately giving them a great experience on top of killer food!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in restaurants for 19 years. Catered and staffed weddings, bat mitzvahs, corporate trainings and meal prep. Traditionally in my family we were all hands in so cooking was introduced to me very early which I feel was the ultimate training.
