Brandy did an exceptional job cooking for my birthday get together. Her food was fantastic. She made us sine chicken wings that she specializes and they were literally the best I ever had. It was a dining experience I’ll never forget!

Chef Brandi was a total delight to work with! She was also FUN! We had a work gathering and she cooked an incredible feast for us. The food was so delicious and she worked closely with me to craft the perfect menu for my team. She was super understanding of a couple of changing factors and so professional all along the way. I highly recommend her authentic, vibrant cooking to anyone!

We hired Brandi for the first night of a bachelorette party and it was a highlight of the whole weekend! Not only was the food amazing but she made it super fun for everyone. I can’t recommend her enough! If you’re looking for someone fun and professional she’s your girl! I will be thinking about her truffle salmon tartare and Mac n cheese for a very long time, absolutely delicious!

She and Grace brought such personality and enthusiasm to our private dinner party. She made the best scallops and mashed potatoes anyone ever had. I personally loved the lobster bruschetta and truffled ahi tuna. I highly suggest her and give her an A++++++.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in restaurants for 19 years. Catered and staffed weddings, bat mitzvahs, corporate trainings and meal prep. Traditionally in my family we were all hands in so cooking was introduced to me very early which I feel was the ultimate training.
