Drivers were very responsive, but were operating in a van rather than a box truck (moving truck) which caused unnecessary delays. If the driver purchases a box truck or something more fitting for an actual move without having to make consecutive trips, especially for a 1-bedroom apartment, then I think they will definitely work their way up to a 5-star rating.

During your move, our team worked hard to provide full-service support, including removing and unhooking the washer and dryer, as well as carefully taking down two mounted TV's to ensure everything was handled properly and safely. I sincerely apologize that we were unable to complete the move within the time frame you expected due to the size of our vehicle. We understand how important efficiency is during a move. I do want to be transparent in sharing that when we arrived, several items were not yet prepared for transport, so we proceeded at the pace items were ready to ensure that everything was moved carefully and correctly.
