I needed three closets installed in a pinch. Topaz Renovations was able to complete the project before my deadline without jeopardizing quality of work. Also, was great with communication. Things that are sometimes to difficult to find. If we ever need any type of work I'm the future, especially carpentry/installation, we will always reach out here first. Joel did excellent work on my 3500 square ft whole home renovation. Built in 1958, and poorly renovated in the early 2000s, the house needed a lot of work. Demo down to the studs began in February 2023 and we moved back in mid-August 2023. He helped me with design as well - turned an odd 1st floor shower into a wet bar in living room, helped add a Jack and Jill bathroom between kids rooms upstairs, and totally reconfigured primary bath to include both a two person tub and shower. I am a very picky person and Joel’s team delivered the attention to detail throughout the project. His custom built-ins in my mudroom, laundry, kids rooms, and pantry are stunning! I highly recommend Topaz Renovations for all your construction and remodeling needs. It is truly a work of art!
