Gerard was the easiest part of our whole wedding experience. He went above and beyond and truly cared about our special night. There was a mix up that was my fault on our wedding day with a welcome drink and he still took care of it. He did a tasting for us and some family members at no cost and we had plenty of food left over. We also had leftovers on our wedding night. Every thing was delicious. All of our guests loved the food.
