Daniels and Sons Air & Heat: The owner is a great guy. He's personable, professional, honest efficient and thorough. Seriously, great ethics. Not the kinda guy that would charge you $1200 for a replacement unit if a $40 fix will do the trick. Highly recommended!

They went above and beyond coming to my rescue on the day I called and fixing the problem for me. They did not make me have to wait for a day or two to get the problem handled like other companies have done in the past.

Not making clients wait 12+ days to get AC fixed, even when unit is under warranty.
Maybe using a different supply company since supposedly supply company has issues with "damaged" units ( forklift damaged a unit) and having to reorder equipment OR company always sending wrong part to fix unit... such as wrong compressor sent.
