Based on needs of clients and how soon they require the job to be completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I inquire into the potential client's over all end-goal; their desires coupled with the possible and probable completion of the contract/job and coordinate both of our schedules to ensure that all of my clients are completely satisfied with the delivery method of the service requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple Certifications every year in many Information Technology related fields. I also have a strong background in education, private tutoring/teaching, and am extremely well-versed in nearly all popular hardware and software including, but not limited to, mobile technologies. (i.e. Stationary Office Consoles vs. Cellular/Mobile Phones).
