I meet with all new clients at their home and discuss all aspects of there plans.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love what I do . I started working in a cafeteria 25 years ago I could not go to culinary school then because no school closer than new orleans 50 miles away had to wait until kids grew up. I was determined so I went when I could and learned my craft from the bottom up and now I do catering for a living.
