What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would definitely make sure to meet face to face and ft a feel for that person. This is a big step and a new relationship. You should try out a session before you commit and mke sure its the right for you. Make sure that this person is not only a trainer, but a personal motivator and nutrition savvy. This is a program- not just training. It's very personal and the person you choose should be form specific and very knowledgable.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1. Trainer Experience
2. Nutrition knowledge
3. Form specifics
5. Meet in person first
