One word: Excellent!!! Just tried them for the first time today. Claudia and her team communicated beautifully and arrived exactly as scheduled. She did an incredibly thorough walk-through to find out my needs. She then introduced me to her team who would be handling the actual cleaning. The entire introduction was so thorough and professional. I was really surprised. When I tell you, this team did an INCREDIBLE job! They pulled furniture out from the wall, pulled appliances out and really cleaned in, around and under things. They cut no corners and had the house SO CLEAN! I was so impressed that I have already rebooked. They proved that you really do get what you pay for. Her rate is just slightly higher than others, but it’s a real, professional company and it is worth *every* single penny. Can’t wait to have them back.

I cannot praise Amparos enough. I work overseas and my place is closed up most of the year. I was in the US for a month and did not want to deal with cleaning the place myself. Plus, I wanted additional services such as having the baseboards cleaned. They contacted me within 24 hours, asked me several questions and explained the procedure, and then showed up on time. Claudia arrived with two cleaners. She asked me to walk her through my place, to explain what I want, and to point out things I did not want handled. I had a general cleaning and they did so much more -- move furniture, ceiling fans, window blinds, the outside of appliances, etc. They cleaned for three hours as promised and then Claudia and I did a walk through at the end to make sure everything was to my standards. I have already given their contact info to friends and family and will continue to do so.
