- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system,,,I usually price the job depending on how long I estimate the job will take and the degree of difficulty, (i.e. scraping, excessive sanding)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I've met new customers through word of mouth so my work and professionalism are evident. Meeting on the site where the work needs to be done is helpful so the job can be best explained and all expectations more easily met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked by myself and on several crews of painters and have learned a lot. I've also worked in carpentry and flooring and some of those skills often times can prove useful on a painting job. Also I've got a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a painting major so I know quite a bit about color and design
