- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our Truck fee is a one-time fee of $170, which includes gas miles and insurance. Plus, we provide the biggest truck in the market, a 26f truck, and all the necessary equipment like blankets, hand trucks, straps, rope, and tools, at no extra charge. We understand that everyone's moving needs are different, so we give you the flexibility to choose how many movers you want. However, please keep in mind that there is a two-hour minimum charge, and after that, we prorate every 15 minutes. To make your move even more stress-free, our rates for movers are competitive: - $130/h for two movers - $195/h for three movers - $260/h for four movers Our fully licensed and insured company has over ten years of experience in the moving industry. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather as much information as possible to provide an accurate moving estimate. We're prepared for every move because each move is unique. If a customer requests an on-site estimate, we do it at no extra charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At our company, we ensure that all of our movers are highly trained before they undertake any job. If a mover is in training, they will work alongside two experienced movers, and we will inform our customers that they are in training. The hourly rate for a trainee mover is cheaper than an experienced one.
