- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no hidden fees; what you see is what you get! We try our best to appeal to our customers, and so we will work with you and promise to give you above-satisfactory work for what you pay for! ASK about our discounts for senior citizens and college students! We have a coupon we do give out to our clients who become our REGULARS!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Christine Pereira, co-owner and scheduling manager, will work with the client over the phone and give a reasonable quote that the client is comfortable with. She, then, schedules the date the client requests, and 24 hours before set moving date, she will contact the client once more, to confirm the moving date in detail, and let the client know the names of the crew that will be en route. The date of the move, the crew leader will contact client, once en route, and will contact client once more upon reaching set destination. At the end of the move, the crew leader will call scheduling manager to confirm details of move and confirm payment.

Both employer and employees have 10+ years of experience in this particular field.
