Introduction: Chef Kelseay Dukae is a Nola native specializing in various genres of cuisine, especially Cajun/ Southern and Asian/ Japanese, Brunch cuisine and plant based cuisine. In her current food pop up business, Kinoko, she offers a vegan take on sushi, using ingredients such as jackfruit for “sneauxcrab” for her spin on the traditional crunchy roll. Most recently, she was a contestant on the Fox Network show, Masterchef, owned a health food concept and ran a sushi bar here in New Orleans and is now back to curating pop ups and personal chef / catering. Kelseay & Dino are a couple of AMAZING chefs !!! Their passions for cooking truly emanated through their dishes they prepared for me. I couldn't have asked for a better tasting meal. The flavors and seasoning combinations were worldly !!! Thanks again guys !!! Can't wait to be fed like a King again !!! Cheers !!! ~L

These two compliment eachother like macaroni & vegan cheese. Seriously, this team of two create the most delicious looking dishes almost too beautiful to eat but then you get a good whiff of the masterly crafted cuisine and before you know it your plate is empty.

Dino and Kelseay hosted a dinner party for me and the vegan dinner not only impressed my vegan guests, but my carnivorous guest as well! The food was exceptional, plus their dynamic and vibe helped kick off the party. Their great energy and knowledge of food made the evening entertaining as well as informational. I'll be calling them again for my next dinner party!

I arranged a wrap party for a film shoot and originally had another caterer set to provide food. A few nights before the party, I was introduced to Dino and was able to sample some of his food. Within five minutes, I was on the phone canceling the first caterer and asking Dino if he'd cater the party. He did an amazing job. The food wasn't heavy but still full of flavor. It was perfect food for a party because I wanted the food to be a part of the evening, not something that had to stop the party. Dino's also the most interesting character I ever meet. I'll definitely be doing business with them again.

Fleurish Food is lead by two extraordinary individuals, Kelseay and Dino! More than just talented, these two have a vision and creative ability that sets them apart. And they are genuinely good-hearted people!! If you want to try traditionally inspired but wholly unique dishes, Fleurish Food is a sure bet!
