Chef Erik FABULOUS!! Professional and Great Chef........ We were celebrating my 55th Mardi Gras theme birthday on February 17, 2021 Thank God for the blessing of sending Chef Erik The Food was Amazing!!!!!! We had a beautiful charcuterie tray to get the dinner started. Chef introduced our palates to some new delicious appetizers we were very impressed. Next we were served a beautiful salad but the dressing omg! May I just say I ask to keep the dressing thats how great it was. Chef made these amazing mouth watering New Orleans BBQ Shrimp only to be followed up with a superbly seasoned Grilled Red Snapper on top of creamy baby red whipped potatoes and smothered greens all you could hear was the beautiful sounds of enjoyment we all realize we were in luxurious food heaven I looked over at my husband and he gave me the thumbs up.... 2days later we’re still boasting and calling all our family and friends about the evening in Chefs presence. This evening was more than anything I expected or imagined we were being served by a gentleman who loves what he does and it all showed throughout the evening. Please Definitely Hire Chef Erik he is Awesome!!! Hands down you won’t regret it literally you’ll start planning your next event😊 You’ll talk about this forever ..., this is what you call making memories. Also we’ll be asking Chef for another private date night very soon! Thank you Chef You’re the Best!

This was the best experience a foodie could ever have. I traveled to New Orleans for my Life-day celebration and hired personal chef, St Erik to provide a personally catered dinner for my guests. First thing to note is his involvement throughout the whole process with constant communication. Next, he arrived ON TIME to prepare our meal- in house. Third, he was very professional and has an excellent demeanor. He and his assistant, dressed the table, served us, and cleaned up when they were done (he brought his own cookware and serve ware.) The last thing to mention is the food, which was the best- so I saved it for last! I requested a simple meal of salad, salmon, lamb, risotto and a chocolate birthday cake. OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! Simply the BOMB. Salmon perfectly seasoned, lamb super tender and flavorful, risotto was perfect and the cake...moist and delicious! I can’t really give it justice, but I hope the pictures will. Book Chef St Erik for a wonderful experience.
