Introduction: Toi Nocentelli-Trent is a seasoned chef with several years of experience in the finest restaurants of Los Angeles (Sunset Tower Hotel) as well as a personal chef in Los Angeles and most recently, New Orleans. Toi graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Hollywood with Honors in 2010. Toi’s personal chef clients include a variety of names from different segments of entertainment including music (Outkast, The Meters, UGK, Etta James, Ivan Neville, Stanton Moore), film (John Wells - screenwriter ER, Shameless). Skilled at balancing flavor with healthy-eating, Toi can operate as a creator of personalized foods or a regimented follower of prepared meal programs while still infusing novelty and adventure in the most stringent of diets. Toi is a passionate and calm presence who knows how to create a thrilling culinary experience for her clients.
