Toi graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Hollywood with Honors in 2010. Toi’s personal chef clients include a variety of names from different segments of entertainment including music (Outkast, The Meters, UGK, Etta James, Ivan Neville, Stanton Moore), film (John Wells - screenwriter ER, Shameless).
