Was very prompt. Contacted me almost immediately to see what I needed. Described to me in detail their very long and list of "standard" services. Had obvious experience in what needed to be done and how it should be done according to the specifics of my home (for example I had tile, granite, vinyl, carpet and stained concrete flooring in my home. She knew how to clean all of them and in different ways. When she said they do top to bottom cleaning, she meant it. The screws on my ceiling fan had even been polished. She was able to come the day I needed and showed up on time. Her and her team were very friendly and I trusted them in my home. On a side note: (in regards to their work ethic), we lost power the very morning she was scheduled to come. I offered to reschedule but they wanted to stay anyway (I thought it was very admirable of them to have no reservation to working in the heat). Great company, highly recommend 😊

I completely enjoyed having Ms Rochelle and Ms Carolyn clean my house today. They are professional, kind, courteous and obviously enjoy their work. They came completely prepared with all the supplies they were to use and took their time to allow me to get to know them and feel comfortable with having them in my home. Hanna was great! Once we connected we discussed the worked needed for my sons dorm room. I asked if she could help him organize his closet along with the cleaning. Hanna did a fabulous job, we will definitely use her again.
I had to prepare for some work related visitors at my house. I needed a little more than a spring cleaning as I wind up collecting a lot of stuff and it had gotten a little out of hand/ overwhelming. I hired Olivia and she was a great help. The cleaning was thorough and probably the easy part. She helped me get rid of a lot of stuff and organize what I needed to keep. That part was daunting, but she had a good attitude. By the end home was in condition for clients and that was worth every penny.
I had a very productive 3-hour session with Catherine Anne, which was preceded about a week prior by a free consultation in my home. The free consultation was also extremely helpful. My discussion that day with Catherine Anne resulted in me realizing that I could get rid of a particular very bulky item that I really wasn't utilizing enough to warrant trying to properly store it. She also helped me come up with a good idea about storing another set of items. The day after our 3-hour session, I found that my morning went more smoothly, as several items that I needed to access were easier to get to. I am really looking forward to my next session! I also just want to say that my big fear and apprehension before meeting with Catherine Ann was that she would tell me I had too much stuff and would pressure me to throw away things that are dear to me. But that didn't happen at all! She helped me to see that I need permanent storage for my many items of memorabilia, most of which are just little scraps of paper! I am excited to see how she is going to help me transform my living space and my daily storage practices.
