Introduction: We are not a gym. We proudly focus on private fitness sessions. Our training and experience is used to create personally designed fitness protocols that allow the client to expand their understanding of proper movement. K² Body Sculpting aims to teach you to move as freely as you once did by concentrating on improving every client's ability to control their body, rather than just building strength and power. Once you improve your ability to move then conditioning can begin with minimal risk of injury. Becoming physically active is a personal process that is different for each individual. Thomas, M.S., B.A., ACSM EP-C, SFGII, BLS: "Most of us were not and never will be athletes and, in knowing this, do not need to be trained in that fashion. James at K2 is an amazing trainer. I am a 55 year old female who wanted "shape up" overall. He has put together a program for me that has allowed for my overall strength and endurance. His constant encouragement and dedication is amazing.

James is outstanding! I have worked with him for over two years and my results amaze me. He's taught me the proper way to use kettlebells, general mobility and the importance of regular training. He's got the very rare ability to motivate without alienating. I proudly wear my K2 tshirt and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trainer. He will also help get you strong mentally so when you stumble, you can recover and continue on your path to fitness. Bottom line: James will help you meet your fitness goals, no matter your initial strength or ability

James has a tremendous enthusiasm and passion for kettle bell. Under his guidance I became not only very fit but incredibly strong. I would say it is the best shape I have been in since I played competitive sports in my younger years. More importantly, he instilled a love for the bell and all the amazing results it delivers. It is the only means of training I use and it has yet to disappoint. Thank you for lighting the fire James!

My boyfriend and I are really loving working with James! He's great about tailoring workouts to fit each of our fitness levels, and he is really encouraging. He is not one of those trainers who is going to make you feel bad about your current level of fitness, which I appreciate. He really emphasizes proper form and body movement, so I'm not worried that I'm going to hurt myself. All in all, it's been a super positive experience so far, and we're going to stick with him for the long haul.
