Introduction
My fitness journey started in 2019 during recovery from ACL surgery. Once I discovered my passion for fitness, and how it helped my overall health both mental and physical, I was hooked. After starting out training family and friends, I've officially expanded into one-on-one training with a growing roster of clients. I love working individually with people, helping them focus on their specific fitness goals, learn new techniques and how to execute them safely and effectively, and celebrate their progress. Accountability and consistency are key! I hold a certification in personal training from NPTA and am CPR-certified.

Starting workouts with Low was one of the best decisions I could have made for my personal growth. She is invested in helping her clients work towards their own personal goals while also having a grand vision of her own about what your body can do. Her workouts are intense and challenging in a way that pushes my body but also allows me to see how much I am growing week to week. She will change your life!

Low just gets me. They see my body as a project worth investing in. I went from never working out to feeling confident going to the gym and looking forward to each day we train. She is organized, punctual, goal oriented and disciplined. Highly recommend.

I've trained with Low for 3 months now, and thanks to her I feel stronger, more confident, and I'm definitely seeing the results I wanted. Low is super knowledgeable, pays attention to form, and does a great job motivating me when I need it. I also appreciate that she switches up the exercises- we rarely do the same thing twice! She also listens well and incorporates things that I like to do into our workouts. THANK YOU LOW!

Low is able to identify problems in form and posture that are preventing you from proper results when training on your own time. She creates perfect workouts for whatever areas you want to identify and gives you homework too. She won’t let you give up and makes sure you are holding yourself accountable!!
