My fitness journey started in 2019 during recovery from ACL surgery. Once I discovered my passion for fitness, and how it helped my overall health both mental and physical, I was hooked.
After starting out training family and friends, I've officially expanded into one-on-one training with a growing roster of clients. I love working individually with people, helping them focus on their specific fitness goals, learn new techniques and how to execute them safely and effectively, and celebrate their progress. Accountability and consistency are key!
I hold a certification in personal training from NPTA and am CPR-certified.
