- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process working with new customers is I introduce my self. Then I let them know my schedule so we can book an appointment in a time where it would fit best for both the customer and the pro, and my pricing is already listed in my profile. Once the customer likes everything, we confirm the appointment. The customer either could come to me or I could go to the customer. Once I'm done, I call the customer and let them know I'm finished fixing the product and will be on my way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 12 years old, my mother broke her phone and I told her let me take a look at it. I was able to fix it. I found out that, that was one of my talents and I have been doing it since then.
