- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my work according to what the job is and there several factors I take into consideration. Is it simple or complex, one person or two person, have I done it before or do I need to do research? Easy jobs I charge a flat rate. Some complex jobs I charge up to $90/hour. It really just depends on what the job is. But I usually give detailed pricing breakdowns beforehand, and I'm always a little flexible on my prices to work with my clients. 😉
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learn as much detail about the project as possible and determine a price based on those details. If a job is complex or multi layered, visit the site and take photos if necessary.

Men, women, young, elderly, home owners, renters, residential and commercial.
