Pete responded very quickly to my thumbtack request and was at my house a few hours later. He hung 15 pieces of art in my house (some very heavy and requiring a ladder). Everything looked as I requested, and he constantly asked for my input on if it was what we wanted. I will be contacting him for future projects.
Pete responded promptly to my inquiry and luckily was able to come by later the same day. He was efficient and professional and I'm very satisfied with all the items he hung for me, including a heavy lamp. I plan to reach out if I need anymore handyman work (or custom furniture work).

I price my work according to what the job is and there several factors I take into consideration. Is it simple or complex, one person or two person, have I done it before or do I need to do research?
Easy jobs I charge a flat rate. Some complex jobs I charge up to $90/hour.
It really just depends on what the job is. But I usually give detailed pricing breakdowns beforehand, and I'm always a little flexible on my prices to work with my clients. 😉
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learn as much detail about the project as possible and determine a price based on those details. If a job is complex or multi layered, visit the site and take photos if necessary.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Men, women, young, elderly, home owners, renters, residential and commercial.
