- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no additional fees unless specialty tools/hardware is required to get the job done. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour and after that is broken down into quarters. Travel outside of the Greater New Orleans area is additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we assess what needs to be done by getting as much information as possible, working around the customers schedule, and helping them accomplish their install needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Fine Arts, art studio assistant, gallery installer, 15+ years of experience .
