Before this project down payments were not required. Moving forward we will now require all clients to make a deposit for all projects over $300. We have never encountered clients that were not ready to pay upon completion of projects prior to this. We are a family owned and operated company and believe our clients words when we come to agreement on a project with a client and expect payment in full.We apologize that all and every employee apart of our business can not be present on all projects. If you would specifically want Alex(my brother in law)(guy in picture) to be apart of your project we can work around his schedule. All managers aren’t laborers. If you look at pictures you can see fence was up and straight neighbors were so impressed we made contact with three other people in neighborhood. Handle is on inside of driveway. The gate swings open inward towards house and for security reasons only a latch for access to property is needed as shown in zoomed in pictures. We work hard countless hours to ensure security and safety around our clients perimeter of house. Also dumping and disposal is not free and was accounted for in invoice that we still have yet to be paid for. We do not plan on working with this client moving forward and we have learned a lot from this experience. Unfortunately we will now require all clients to make a deposit if job project exceeds $300.
