- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $50 cash back referral fee for all customers that refer a family member or friend to our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we introduce ourselves to one another we do a walkthrough of the property to confirm a price. Then we complete the service and we do an after inspection to see if the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
